Q: How long do Helium filled balloons float?

A: Standard size latex balloons (12") will float for 8-12 hours, However; there is a treatment called Hi-Float which seals the pores of the balloon to make them last 4-5 days.

Mylar (foil) balloons float for a minimum of 1 week, and can be re-inflated over and over again.

Q: Are Balloons bad for the environment?

No. Latex balloons biodegrade at the same rate as an oak leaf, in the same conditions. Mylar balloons are reusable.

Q:What are your store hours?

A: We are open Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm. Friday 10am-6pm Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday we are Closed. Delivery is available 7 days. Please note; Store hours do vary due to large deliveries. Please call ahead to make sure an associate is in the shop to serve you.

Q:Is there parking?

A:Although there is no parking lots, there are plenty of side streets, including Jane with ample parking.

Q:Is helium Flammable?

A:No. Helium is an asphyxiant and must be stored in a well ventilated area. The cylinders are under pressure and must be handled with care and secured.

Q:Do you rent Helium Tanks? If so, how many balloons do the fill?

A:Yes we do rent helium tanks. We have 3 sizes. Our small tank fills approximately 75-100 - 12" latex. Our medium tank fills approximately 230 - 12" latex. Our large tank fills approximately 500 - 12" latex. All tank rentals are for 3 days. Weekly/Monthly/Yearly rentals available. Large tanks must be delivered.
